Mulberry silk is the smoothest, most luxurious and expensive fabric for purchase. It is far superior to wild silk which includes Eri Silk, Muga Silk and Tasar Silk. Silk produced from wildsilkworms usually produces a tougher and rougher silk than that from domesticated Bombyx mori silkworms used in the production of mulberry silk.
Momme refers to the weight of silk, equivalent to thread count for cotton. The higher the weight or momme the heavier the silk. All Lovespun products are made of 22 momme. They are not too heavy and not too light, making it ideal for sleeping comfortably.
We recommend hand-washing or dry-cleaning your silk items due to their intrinsic nature. With that said, you can also machine wash your items on a delicate cycle or at a temperature of 30 degrees celsius or less. For pillowcases, it is best to turn them inside out and place them in a mesh laundry bag if possible and wash with mild detergent (low pH). You can also machine dry your silk pillowcases using the lowest temperature setting or the "Air" setting. Remove them from the dryer after about 20 minutes and let them dry fully on their own.
Yes, you can iron silk pillowcases, but make sure you are using the silk setting on your iron. Alternatively, you can steam the pillowcases to remove wrinkles.

If you are UAE based, we offer free delivery on spends of AED 250 or more.If you are in the GCC, we offer free shipping on spends of AED 500 or more.
For global shipping we have preferential rates with trusted logistic partners. Costs will be calculated at check out.
If you are based in Abu Dhabi, Dubai or Sharjah, orders will be received the next working day*
If you are based in Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, or any other Emirate, deliveries will be received within 1-2 working days*
If you are based in the GCC, orders will be received within 1-3 working days(depending on location).

Unfortunately, we have no control over what these charges are, as Custom and Import policies vary from country to country. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns. We accept exchanges only provided the package has not been opened or if the item has been damaged. Unfortunately no. Once a gift card has been purchased we cannot accept returns or exchanges on a gift card. A gift card is valid for 6 months.
